Data Deletion

Effective date: October 7, 2026

You can ask us to delete the data Altitude holds about you, including data received from Facebook and Instagram.

How to request deletion

1. Email jesus@scalevatemarketing.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the name of your Facebook account and/or Facebook Page (and Instagram account, if connected), plus any email or phone number you used with Altitude.

What gets deleted

We delete your account information, connection tokens, and data received from Facebook and Instagram (Page details, lead ads leads, and messages), along with related contacts, messages, and records stored in Altitude. Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request, and we will email you to confirm. We keep only what the law requires.

Remove Altitude from Facebook

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Business integrations.
3. Find Altitude and click Remove.

Removing the app stops Altitude from receiving new data. To delete data already received, send the email request above.
